One of them who have used the service in Flytta till Dalarna is Pär Bälter, that together with his family will leave Stockholm and take up residence in Falun. Pär and his wife have been examining the possibilities to move here. In only a month has everything been solved and now their plans will be reality.
- We had in mind to move here during the spring or the autumn, but now when the both of us got a job, we are moving from Stockholm in the end of February already, says Pär, and is also very pleased that they have found a day nursery for their son Linus.
The thoughts about moving to Falun started a few years ago after a visit in Falun.
- We fell in love with the city. It’s big enough and there is a lot of old genuine things left.
When Pär was searching on the net, he found the project Flytta till Dalarna. He submitted an interest application was contacted and since then he has received all kind of help. He praise the receiving they got from the project.
- We feel very welcome here, and very cared about. They have handled everything very proffessional. It´s about important contacts, but also about small things that has a big importance. Pär can admit that he feels a little bit embarrassed about all the service and the attention they have recieved from the project. In Stockholm you have to manage everything on your own.
- It feels like we have been recruited to a new team!
The family now expect a life with higher lifequality, less stress, cheaper living and more nearness to everything.
- We are grown up in Bollnäs, and everything that we have missed from there we will now get in Falun.
