Pumpkin is a project aimed at developing small business in the hospitality industry, where participating companies will increase their efficiency and competitiveness, nationally and internationally.
The project will bring industry-Knowledge Foundation's menu-tools as the first professional non-food industries.
Region Dalarna is the project and co-financiers are the Knowledge Foundation and the EU Objective 2. Travel and Tourism in Sweden (RTS) will be involved in the project when they are very interested in the project's content.
